近视眼动物模型的研究进展

摘要: 【摘要】近视眼对眼底形态及视功能呈进行性损害,它的发生机制成为眼科的研究热点,动物模型的建立为一些受限于伦理和实验手段而无法进行的研究提供了良好的受试对象和实验平台。近年来,学者们采用鸡、小鼠、树鼩、豚鼠、兔、猴等动物模型,对远视性离焦和近视性离焦对幼年动物眼的影响,视觉发育的双向调节作用,昼夜节律、不同光谱对眼轴延长的影响,以及与眼轴延长相关的细胞因子等进行了大量研究。(国际眼科纵览, 2013, 37: 129-134)

Abstract: 【Abstract】Myopia progressively damages ocular fundus morphology and visual function. Its mechanisms is a research hotspot in Ophthalmology. The establishment of an animal model for the study of myopia provides a good  experimental platform, which is not limited by ethical and experimental means. Various animal models, have been developed such as  domestic chickens, mice,  tree shrew,  guinea pigs, rabbits or marmosets. The effect of  hyperopic and myopic defocus to animal eyes, the twoways regulation effect on  visual development, the  influence of circadian rhythm, the different spectral eye axis growth and the axial growth related cytokines are currently investigated.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2013, 37: 129-134)
